3. Workshops, Courses, and Classes

By enrolling in a workshop, course, or class, you agree to the following:

  • All sales are final and nonrefundable.

  • You may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials.

  • Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course or workshop if they violate these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and nonrefundable. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please contact us at hello@funpartyprintablesco.com

  • Workshops, Courses & Classes: All sales are final and nonrefundable. If you cannot attend a live session, we will do our best to provide an alternative solution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to digital downloads, designs, graphics, and course materials, is owned by Fun Party Printables Co. and Brenda Mullard and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any printing errors, software and printer compatibility issues, or user mistakes when using our digital downloads. Additionally, we do not guarantee specific results from our workshops, courses, or classes. Your success depends on your effort and application of the materials provided.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
